Phil is due to appear on The Noughties, a new documentary series for BBC2 television that charts a ten year history of the 21st Century in Britain. The first film looks at the last decade through the prism of age and generations.

Phil has been commissioned by Alcohol Concern as Senior Consultant to their work for the Safer Middlesbrough Partnership in conducting a comprehensive local alcohol needs assessment. This work will feed into development of the new Middlesbrough Alcohol Strategy 2010.
